Description

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Strategic Excellence team to develop and execute the company’s clinical strategy.
  • Drive analysis and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data, including clinical trial data, scientific literature, and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform strategic recommendations using data-driven insights.
  • Optimize processes within the Clinical organization to support program execution and company strategy.
  • Support external communications for clinical programs, including clinical data release coordination and presentation development for leadership, board meetings, and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to clinical strategy working groups and ad hoc Clinical initiatives, including workshops and meetings.
  • Facilitate discussions on clinical development, trial design, trial results disclosure, and scenario planning.
  • Coordinate across functions to operationalize strategy and support ongoing clinical initiatives.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in MD, PhD, MBA, or MS, with technical training in science or medicine preferred.
  • MD or PhD with 2+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience and a broad understanding of clinical development systems, functions, and processes.
  • MS or MBA with 4+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience and strong knowledge of clinical development processes.
  • Experience in immunology and inflammation and/or antibody development preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex or unstructured medical and scientific concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills with a track record of working cross-functionally to achieve results.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and eagerness to learn and grow in a strategic and operational role.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including mandatory in-person attendance at Apogee All Hands meetings and key Phase 3 meetings in the San Francisco office.

  • Anticipated salary range of $175,000 to $190,000.
