Description

  • Manage daily operations of the spill response call and triage center, including 24/7 coverage and escalation procedures.
  • Oversee incident intake, documentation, prioritization, dispatch, and response activation.
  • Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and resources during emergency response events.
  • Serve as the primary client contact during spill response events.
  • Manage spill response projects from initiation through closeout, including schedules, budgets, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Monitor fleet and driver performance through the Azuga telematics platform and improve safety and compliance.
  • Lead health and safety support activities, including incident investigations, corrective actions, training, and safety communications.
  • Support regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental, and company/client requirements.
  • Prepare operational, safety, and response reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Support audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and emergency preparedness planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Emergency Management, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of project management, emergency response, environmental services, health and safety, or related operational experience.
  • Experience managing personnel, dispatch operations, or call center functions preferred.
  • Experience supporting field operations in a multi-site or nationwide environment.
  • Experience with fleet management or telematics systems such as Azuga preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of spill response, emergency management, environmental compliance, and health and safety principles.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and industry safety requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting systems.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, OSHA 30-Hour, HAZWOPER 40-Hour, CSP/ASP, and ICS 100/200/700 training.
