Description

  • Implement core platform services in .NET 10 running in Docker containers.
  • Develop features end to end, from database changes through APIs.
  • Build and maintain scalable, maintainable software for the platform.
  • Proactively monitor production services and identify potential issues.
  • Write unit and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
  • Collaborate within an open, agile team and contribute to company-wide impact.
  • Break down large epics into smaller issues and actionable tasks.
  • Work with microservices-based and asynchronous message-driven architecture.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience with relevant programming experience.
  • Proficiency in .NET backend development.
  • Experience with Kafka or equivalent messaging technologies, AWS, Docker, ECS/Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, or Claude Code to accelerate development, troubleshoot code, and generate documentation.
  • Growth mindset and interest in continuously exploring new AI technologies.
  • Experience with Kafka for real-time processing, AWS/Docker for DevOps workflows, or PostgreSQL optimizations is preferred.
  • Experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS concepts.
  • Experience working extensively with microservices architecture and asynchronous message-based communication.
  • Fluency in English; German and other languages are welcomed.
