Description

  • Design and implement scalable, standardized S&OP, S&OE, and materials planning processes.
  • Set planning standards, identify process gaps, and drive improvements using data, scorecards, and metrics.
  • Expand Central Planning capabilities and tools to support real-time decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Integrate and adopt digital tools and analytics platforms with Planning Systems leadership.
  • Establish planning processes for new business lines and acquisitions until ownership is transitioned.
  • Create a centralized knowledge repository for processes, best practices, guidelines, and onboarding materials.
  • Serve as the primary interface between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and deployments.
  • Develop and maintain planning playbooks, SOPs, and standardized training programs.
  • Build and lead a high-performing planning process team and provide mentorship and training.
  • Represent planning needs in executive forums and help define the 2-5 year strategic plan for the function.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with multiple years of relevant experience, in planning, supply chain, operations planning, operations finance, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of direct leadership experience in S&OP, S&OE, supply chain, or materials planning in fast-growing industries.
  • 10+ years of experience leading teams implementing complex or large-scale planning systems and practices.
  • Experience with planning and inventory systems such as SAP, Oracle, IBP, Kinaxis, Manugistics, or Palantir.
  • Experience integrating and using AI in a process environment, including automation of processes, reporting, and presentations.
  • Track record of building scalable, repeatable planning frameworks and strategies in a global environment.
  • Ability to manage directly and through influence across divisional and functional leadership teams.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
