Description

  • Own the architecture of Anduril’s national radio system, including broadband Push-to-Talk over LTE/5G and fallback designs.
  • Develop fleet plans, talkgroup architectures, encryption profiles, OTAP/OTAR workflows, and Key Management Facility procedures.
  • Maintain the radio Approved Products List and ensure hardware and software meet TAA and NDAA Section 889 requirements.
  • Design and integrate SIP-native intercom systems for entrances, controlled access points, and accessible entries with Security Center.
  • Architect and deploy emergency call systems, enterprise mass notification, IP paging, public address, and overhead speaker systems.
  • Engineer the network underlay for voice and SIP services, including QoS, multicast routing, VLAN segmentation, PoE budgeting, and switch port profiles.
  • Coordinate with IT and InfoSec on SIP signaling security, media encryption, session border control, lawful logging, and SIEM integration.
  • Design and operate the dispatch console architecture for the GSOC with a unified operator experience.
  • Maintain interface documentation and network diagrams for every site, including antenna locations, BDA placement, head-end distribution, and SBC connectivity.
  • Procure, maintain, and continually enhance technical security systems and programs to protect company assets and personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on SIP architecture and operations experience, including SIP, SDP, RTP, SRTP, TLS, codec selection, dial plan design, and Session Border Controller configuration.
  • Direct experience integrating SIP intercom platforms with a video management or access control system, ideally Genetec Sipelia integrated with Security Center, or equivalent systems such as Aiphone IX or Zenitel/Stentofon.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and construction teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
  • Must be a U.S. Person and able to obtain a security clearance due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Motorola Solutions APX or WAVE PTX administrator certification, or L3Harris Public Safety equivalent, is preferred.
  • Genetec Security Center certifications including Sipelia (GSC-OM, GSC-MC, or higher), Singlewire InformaCast Fusion or Alertus administrator certification, or CWNE/Cisco CCNP Collaboration / CCIE Collaboration is preferred.
  • Strong project management experience, vendor management experience, and an active Secret or Top Secret Clearance are preferred.
