Description

  • Own the classified infrastructure and information security strategy for the business line.
  • Identify and prioritize new program requirements and translate them into classified infrastructure and security needs.
  • Ensure security is integrated into system design, infrastructure planning, and product development from the outset.
  • Translate corporate and classified IT security processes, artifacts, and architectures into repeatable deployments across labs, ranges, and operational environments.
  • Advise senior leadership on secure capabilities, processes, systems, technologies, and trends.
  • Serve as the senior Division security representative and liaise with Corporate Security, Class IT, program teams, engineers, and site teams.
  • Partner with engineering and infrastructure leadership to align security with cloud, edge, and hybrid architectures.
  • Support internal operations including facility expansion planning and special projects across industrial security, infosec, finance, and real estate.
  • Define new and enhanced classified infrastructure capabilities, security policies, and service delivery models.
  • Facilitate scalable security frameworks across multiple programs, environments, and classification levels, including unclassified through TS/SCI.
  • Ensure consistency in RMF, accreditation strategies, and security documentation across all efforts.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in cyber, technology, and information security.
  • Fluency in modern USG cyber methodologies and related policy, including JSIG, ICD 503 CSEIG, SSECG, NIST SP 800-160, Cyber T&E Guidebook, and CMMC.
  • Experience in security engineering and architecture for defense or national security systems, or complex embedded commercial systems.
  • Strong understanding of the rationale behind product, systems, and security design.
  • Ability to brief and interact regularly with a technically oriented government customer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience standing up classified environments, including retrofits, new builds, and accreditation, is preferred.
  • Experience with system-of-systems security engineering for intelligence and defense applications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with security architectures for embedded and cyber-physical systems is preferred.
  • Experience across embedded systems engineering, cybersecurity, cyber resiliency, software security, and anti-tamper engineering is preferred.
  • Experience with FPGA security, micro-electronics security validation, and hardware-based security solutions is preferred.
  • Experience developing cryptographic solutions, including HSM integration, PKI, over-the-air key distribution, COMSEC/TRANSEC, and key lifecycle management, is preferred.
  • Experience with security testing and mission assurance on DoD and IC systems, such as penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessments, is preferred.
