Description

  • Originate and develop high-value relationships with banks, payment providers, and other financial institutions to drive new stablecoin and treasury mandates.
  • Generate and close a pipeline of revenue opportunities tied to stablecoins and cross-sell Anchorage Digital’s custody, staking, brokerage, and banking services.
  • Develop account plans and regional strategies to grow and protect revenue while maintaining visibility into opportunities via the CRM system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of treasury/financial institution clients, understanding their strategic priorities and technical roadmaps.
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute bespoke multi-product commercial agreements to achieve optimal revenue outcomes.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of deals from origination through closure, applying judgment on pricing, operational solutions, and deal structure.
  • Collaborate across legal, product, client experience, compliance, marketing, and operations to close deals and improve client experience.
  • Lead client- or product-specific campaigns and projects to drive new business and enhance Anchorage Digital’s offering in the region.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by participating in industry events and building a regional network of clients and industry peers.

Requirements

  • Direct industry experience in financial services (bank, payment service provider, clearing network) with knowledge of banking and treasury workflows.
  • Strong technical knowledge and passion for stablecoins and banking; exposure or demonstrated interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies preferred.
  • Proven track record originating and closing institutional B2B deals, with experience cross-selling multi-product platforms (custody, staking, brokerage, banking).
  • Experience structuring and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements and complex multi-product deals.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems to build and maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate opportunity visibility.
  • Excellent communication, sales acumen, and executive presence; fluent in English and regional language(s).
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve a wide range of client issues and work autonomously.
  • Ability to define priorities, drive regional strategy, and act as a regional subject-matter expert with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred: 8+ years in B2B institutional sales or relationship management within financial services, digital assets, or SaaS, plus an existing network of institutional financial clients and experience working with banks.
