Description

  • Drive product strategy and execution for front office and back office trading systems used by institutional clients.
  • Develop and implement new financial products tailored to market demand and trading workflows.
  • Own product roadmap prioritization, balancing new feature development with technical debt.
  • Define and deliver workflows and solutions that maximize automation in trade execution, hedging, and risk management.
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to plan and build product improvements.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy, including defining success metrics, tracking KPIs, and iterating based on data.
  • Maintain awareness of trading market dynamics and client sentiment to inform product enhancements.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders and act as an advocate for Trading product priorities.
  • Contribute strategic insights that shape organizational direction and the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in institutional trading environments, including cryptocurrency or traditional asset classes.
  • Alternatively, minimum 5 years of experience as an OTC trader with collaborative product development experience with engineering teams.
  • Experience driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep focus on optimizing the end-user experience and creating business value.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Empathy and adaptability that align with a curious, creative, and collaborative culture.
  • A self-directed working style with qualities such as detail orientation, hard work, trustworthiness, and tenacity.
  • Knowledge of crypto, self-custody wallets, and DeFi is preferred.
  • Experience building 0 to 1 products for financial institutions as a PM or developer is preferred.
