Description

  • Proactively research protocol integrations with emerging blockchains and develop on-chain solutions for protocol foundations and institutional investors.
  • Independently define requirements and roadmap priorities while collaborating with an agile scrum team on blockchain research and integrations.
  • Maintain deep technical understanding of the crypto landscape, including Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols.
  • Write clean, effective code and contribute meaningful work to technical projects, including proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Collaborate with sales, protocol research, engineering, and product teams to drive projects forward and unblock execution.
  • Produce high-quality research and technical content such as white papers and blog posts.
  • Develop or recommend funding for developer tooling to support ecosystem and integration work.
  • Represent Anchorage Digital as a technical ambassador in online forums, industry events, and client engagements.
  • Participate in governance forums and contribute pull requests to open-source repositories.
  • Analyze protocol architecture, security, and ecosystem growth, and escalate material changes to stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Deep technical understanding of the crypto landscape, including various Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols.
  • A GitHub profile showing meaningful contributions to technical projects and the ability to write effective code.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both engineering and executive audiences.
  • A strategic mindset that connects grassroots technical engagement to broader business goals.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Developer Relations, Technical Evangelism, or Protocol Specialist roles at a crypto-native organization is a plus.
  • Existing relationships and a strong reputation within key blockchain ecosystems are preferred.
  • Experience presenting at technical conferences, meetups, or hackathons is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the needs of institutional participants in the digital asset space is preferred.
