Description

  • Support the design and enhancement of the Third Party Risk Management program across regulated and non-regulated entities.
  • Ensure TPRM activities align with regulatory requirements and industry leading practices.
  • Lead and manage the Third Party Findings Management process, including tracking findings to closure.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reporting for findings management.
  • Drive optimization of due diligence and ongoing monitoring risk assessments for outsourced products and services.
  • Review third-party risk impact categories including financial, business continuity, information security, and other relevant areas.
  • Lead and manage the TPRM Quality Control process, including scheduling and executing reviews.
  • Analyze quality control findings to identify common themes and trends for training and development.
  • Create, manage, and refine procedures and governance documentation related to findings management and quality control.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and risk SMEs to support program evolution and review closure activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a regulated financial institution.
  • Experience with Third Party Findings Management.
  • Experience with Information Security assessments.
  • Experience with TPRM Quality Control.
  • Experience working with financial services regulators such as OCC, NY DFS, FFIEC, and MAS is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience creating summaries, reports, procedures, and governance documentation is preferred.
  • Experience supporting third-party risk programs across multiple legal entities is preferred.
