Description

  • Oversee operations for the eMBA and other postgraduate programs in alignment with Product Design and Quality Assurance guidelines.
  • Lead the operations of donor-funded fellowships, corporate partner initiatives, and customized executive programs.
  • Manage faculty recruitment, program intensives, online delivery, budget execution, and reporting for special programs.
  • Maintain scheduling, staffing, and delivery plans to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Ensure strong learner experiences by managing end-to-end logistics and resolving student needs or challenges.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to address program issues and improve student communication and support processes.
  • Lead quality, strategy, and operational improvement efforts across programs, campus support, and events.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of graduations, conferences, retreats, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Develop systems, KPIs, and vendor management processes to optimize program and event delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team while managing vendor and partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher.
  • At least 10 years of experience in educational operations, preferably across any educational setting.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize processes, and deliver operational performance at scale.
  • Strong project management skills with tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, cross-functional teams, and external partnerships.
  • Experience in business program operations is preferred.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong operational excellence, customer-centric, strategic thinking, and adaptability competencies.
