Description

  • Define and evolve the creative direction for the AlphaSense brand across campaigns, product storytelling, OOH, social, web, and events.
  • Lead the strategic and conceptual development of major brand ideas from brief through execution.
  • Stay hands-on in the work when needed and contribute directly to design thinking and execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the brand design team in partnership with the Design Manager.
  • Shape roles, raise the craft bar, grow careers, and maintain a strong creative culture.
  • Build productive relationships across copy, art direction, production, film, PMM, Product, Web/Growth, and Comms.
  • Direct agency and production partners and align stakeholders behind ambitious creative work.
  • Develop and steward the AlphaSense design system and visual language so the brand scales consistently.
  • Find innovative ways to integrate the product into brand storytelling and communications.
  • Build deep understanding of the AlphaSense platform, customers, and enterprise market context to inform the work.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand and creative design.
  • A portfolio showing range across campaigns, brand systems, and high-craft execution.
  • Experience leading teams and helping people do the best work of their careers.
  • Ability to lead from inside the work and remain hands-on when needed.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate abstract or technical ideas into visual metaphors.
  • Experience managing and mentoring designers, including through other managers.
  • Experience shaping roles, developing careers, and building creative culture.
  • Ability to build alignment with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience creating clear, engaging storytelling for technical, B2B, or enterprise audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $160,000–$200,000 USD.
