Description

  • Edit direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including UGC, testimonials, and VSL cutdowns.
  • Deliver 5 new ad concepts per week with 4 variations each, for a total of 25 assets weekly.
  • Iterate on winning ads using real performance data and feedback.
  • Create scroll-stopping hooks, tight pacing, captions, and sound design that improve retention and conversions.
  • Keep project files, footage, and exports organized in a clean, scalable system.
  • Collaborate daily with the performance creative manager, copywriters, and media buyers.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience editing short-form video, including paid social ad creative.
  • Advanced Premiere Pro experience or equivalent editing software proficiency.
  • Solid captioning, sound design, and basic motion graphics skills.
  • Portfolio of direct-response ads that ran with real ad spend.
  • Ability to produce 20+ finished assets per week.
  • Experience in supplements, health & wellness, or other DTC e-commerce categories is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ad metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and ROAS is preferred.
  • Comfort with fast-paced work, deadlines, feedback, and high-volume output.
  • Open to remote-first work and based anywhere in the U.S.
