Description

  • Work directly with clients to translate business requirements into functional design and technical solutions within Allvue’s front office solution.
  • Lead the development of complex SQL code, product configuration, code management, release schedules, and technical design discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal project team members to define implementation approaches and apply best-practice design choices.
  • Communicate project progress proactively and escalate risks or blockers during the design and implementation process.
  • Interface with clients regularly to run functional demos, confirm design fit, and align on project progression.
  • Document current-state processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities, and propose enhancements.
  • Prepare user guides, process documentation, and change management training materials.
  • Support Alpha credit team engagements with requirements analysis, documentation, best practices, and market insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SQL experience.
  • Advanced SQL development experience, including best practices, design methodologies, and scalability in Allvue’s front office platform.
  • Experience writing and debugging advanced functions and stored procedures.
  • 3+ years of experience leading implementation, management, and/or configuration of Allvue’s front office platform.
  • Experience leading client-facing calls to translate business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Foundational understanding of Allvue core front office modules, including portfolio management, compliance, OMS, security master, credit research, and product integrations.
  • Experience in a developer capacity and participation in SDLC management, deployments, testing, code versioning, and code reviews.
  • Knowledge of private markets and/or private credit subject matter.
  • Ability to think through complex credit processes and document and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Ability to elicit requirements from client stakeholders through interviews or working sessions.
