Description

  • Lead and mentor software developers and testers while contributing directly to development and testing work as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day execution, quality, and delivery of software solutions across legacy and modern platforms.
  • Partner with Product Management and Project Management to refine backlog readiness, clarify dependencies, and translate priorities into executable plans.
  • Provide people management through coaching, performance feedback, development planning, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Monitor delivery health, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues to support predictable outcomes.
  • Oversee software integration activities involving hardware and firmware components for clinical imaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with hardware specialists, vendors, and partner teams to support integration, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Drive improvements in development and testing workflows, tools, and practices to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Lead QA activities including test planning, test execution, defect management, and test automation strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product Support and other teams on defect resolution, root cause analysis, and product stability.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with honors.
  • Fluent written and verbal English.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing technical teams.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering and maintaining multiple production software products.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting backend and frontend applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, and API-driven architectures.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering production systems across distinct technology stacks and deployment models in a managed delivery environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading or overseeing software QA testing activities, including automated testing and release readiness.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting software integration with hardware and firmware.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering software in regulated environments such as GxP or GCP, preferred.
  • 2+ years of exposure to security, privacy, and compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, or equivalent, preferred.
  • Experience contributing to AI-enabled or data-driven applications in a clinical, research, or healthcare context, preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing or expanding test automation within CI/CD pipelines, preferred.
  • Familiarity with validation expectations for regulated clinical software systems, preferred.

  • $95,500 - $159,000 a year.
