Description

  • Build a unified reporting framework across Customer Success Office teams to improve visibility into work, impact, and capacity.
  • Map the current new-practice onboarding journey and identify key pain points within the Customer Lifecycle initiative.
  • Synthesize feedback and insights from cross-functional partners including Growth, Implementation, Integrations, Field, and Product.
  • Help design a lightweight CSO PMO structure for future initiatives.
  • Draft standard intake, planning, and status-reporting templates.
  • Document a simple, scalable operating model for CSO operations.
  • Attend cohort meetings with other interns and participate in company-led learning sessions.
  • Engage with senior leaders, executives, and industry experts through meetings, events, and trainings.

Requirements

  • Must be available for a 10-week internship from June 1, 2026 through August 7, 2026.
  • Prior internship experience is required or strongly preferred.
  • A strong record of academic success is expected.
  • Interest in healthcare and making a positive impact in the field is required.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects is expected.
  • Strong collaboration and team-player skills are required.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to produce work that meets high standards.
  • Analytical thinking and strong mathematical skills are required.
  • Interest in learning about healthcare policy, business operations, Medicare, commercial payer contracts, clinical workflows, and programming languages is preferred.
