Description

  • Design, generate, and maintain complex performance reports and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) to track key metrics across Patient Solutions.
  • Develop and optimize Tableau data models, calculated fields, and performance-tuned visualizations tailored to cross-functional business needs.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to extract, transform, and model data and develop optimized SQL queries to support scalable analytics solutions in Snowflake.
  • Conduct advanced trend analysis, forecasting, and root-cause diagnostics to provide strategic, actionable insights that improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Oversee data validation processes and establish standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting.
  • Spearhead automation of manual reporting processes and streamline workflows through tooling and data pipelines.
  • Provide high-level end-user support for reporting tools, including troubleshooting complex issues and assisting with data access questions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define advanced reporting requirements, standardize and document reporting processes, and establish best practices and data architecture.
  • Lead pilot reporting for new initiatives and drive continuous process improvements to support operational and staffing decisions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (minimum) and willingness to work remotely across US time zones; comfortable with prolonged periods of desk/computer work.
  • Minimum 4 years of workforce planning experience in a call center environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of call center/telephony platforms (Five9 preferred) and strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable BI data models and performance-optimized visualizations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Snowflake and SQL query optimization, including developing optimized queries and data models.
  • Proven ability to architect accurate, complex reports and dashboards with attention to detail and to translate technical data into business outcomes for leadership.
  • Advanced analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex reporting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience automating reports and streamlining manual processes through tools and data pipelines.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and experience in healthcare operations.
