Description

  • Provide day-to-day user support for the company’s in-house ERP and WMS systems.
  • Process and resolve IT-portal requests and support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Assist with system configurations and settings to meet user and business requirements.
  • Investigate and identify root causes of incorrect data and report or fix data issues.
  • Log and track bugs, liaise with development teams, and verify fixes.
  • Write and maintain structured instructions and documentation in Confluence.
  • Work remotely according to required time zone schedule (aligned with Vietnam hours; Kyiv time winter/summer 03:00/04:00–12:00/13:00; probation schedule 06:00–15:00).

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a consultant or support specialist for accounting/ERP systems (examples: 1C, BAS, WMS).
  • Advanced user experience with at least one ERP configuration.
  • Confident knowledge and understanding of user support standards and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Skill in writing clear, structured instructions and documentation.
  • Ability to analyze data issues and perform root-cause investigation.
  • Availability to work the specified remote hours (Vietnam time / Kyiv time windows; probation hours may differ).
