Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development and sales plan for Peru aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners across Peru, ensuring coverage in key markets and verticals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders at executive levels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies based on market insights.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar industry.
  • Proven sales experience in the Peru market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
  • Proven track record handling the full sales cycle: identifying opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at executive levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with modern security technologies and trends such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
