Description

  • Own and optimize the post-entry user funnel, including onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Identify friction points and growth opportunities using data, funnels, cohorts, and segmentation.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments using no-code or configuration-based tools.
  • Partner with engineering when code changes are needed to implement and scale experiments.
  • Build and maintain a structured experimentation loop from hypothesis to decision-making.
  • Drive UX and behavioral improvements using user psychology, qualitative insights, and quantitative signals.
  • Define and track success metrics for experiments and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other product managers, data, design, and growth stakeholders in a decentralized growth setup.
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as pricing and packaging changes in collaboration with business leaders and R&D.
  • Iterate on product-led growth initiatives with strong ownership, autonomy, and a focus on measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of product management experience with a strong growth, data, or experimentation focus.
  • Proven experience driving growth for B2C or SaaS product-led growth products.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion funnel optimization, including activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Strong background in A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis design, metrics, and iteration.
  • Ability to run experiments independently with no-code tools and collaborate with engineering for larger changes.
  • Strong analytical skills and event-based thinking, including funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and experiment analysis.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and user psychology.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to bottom-line impact.
  • Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to move fast in a high-ownership environment.
  • Clear communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Growth teams.
  • Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategy (preferred).
