Description

  • Own and improve SignNow’s core agreement-execution journeys to make them intuitive, fast, and reliable.
  • Research user pain points using behavioral data, support insights, and user research, then translate findings into prioritized problem statements.
  • Simplify complex and compliance-sensitive tasks through guided UX, product patterns, and smart defaults.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered assistance that reduces friction and improves user confidence, with appropriate guardrails and fallback behavior.
  • Create product guidance that helps users take correct actions and reduces risk in compliance-sensitive contexts.
  • Define hypotheses, success metrics, and decisions for A/B tests and iterative product improvements.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features.
  • Collaborate with analytics, support, sales, and marketing to drive adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Define and track KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and establish learning loops to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience building user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
  • Strong product craft and UX judgment, with the ability to simplify complex user journeys.
  • Experience optimizing end-to-end user flows, including onboarding, key-task completion, and self-service experiences.
  • Strong A/B testing and experimentation skills, including designing tests, interpreting results, and applying insights.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, including defining metrics, building dashboards, and using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
  • Deep user empathy and a problem-solving approach centered on user needs and outcomes.
  • Ability to assess where AI adds value in user-facing flows, including tradeoffs involving quality, risk, and user trust.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-alignment skills across product, engineering, design, data, support, sales, and marketing.
  • Ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort working through ambiguity with multiple stakeholders.
