Description

  • Develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new customer stays offerings.
  • Own product features end-to-end that bring new stays offerings to life within the Airbnb guest experience.
  • Define and run pilots with clearly measurable objectives and key results to validate and scale new offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, partnerships, engineering, design, data science, marketing, and host teams to go from concept through launch.
  • Craft product narratives and public-facing messaging; partner with marketing and communications to bring features to market.
  • Synthesize user feedback, research, marketplace data, and competitive analysis into compelling product features and priorities.
  • Make prioritization decisions that balance user needs and business impact to ensure cohesive trip experiences.
  • Execute quickly and iteratively to ship features, learn from results, and deliver measurable impact while building alignment across teams and leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of consumer product management experience.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling new product offerings within consumer products.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to use data, research, and consumer insights to drive product strategy and decisions.
  • Experience translating user needs and business objectives into roadmaps that drive growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across business, partnership, engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing product messaging and working with marketing and communications to launch features.
  • Comfortable doing hands‑on individual contributor product work and mastering details in a scrappy environment.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a point of view on incorporating AI tools into the product workflow.
  • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours as needed and reside in a U.S. state where Airbnb, Inc. (or the hiring Airbnb entity) has a registered presence.

Benefits

  • Base pay range $200,000 — $240,000 USD (actual base depends on experience and other factors).
  • Role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and other company benefits.
  • Employee Travel Credits.
  • US - Remote eligible with possible occasional office or offsite attendance (must live in a state where Airbnb has a registered entity).
