Description

Analyze payment method cost and performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with Product and FinTech solutions teams on roadmaps, strategic planning, and initiative prioritization.
Evaluate partnership opportunities and build business cases to drive cost savings or incremental revenue.
Work with external Fintech partners and payments companies on global payments optimization initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Finance, and Customer Services.
Enhance data infrastructure in collaboration with data teams.
Serve as a subject matter expert on pay-in topics and support ad hoc finance requests on payments deal economics.
Communicate proposals clearly to internal stakeholders and potential partners.

Requirements

4-8 years of professional experience in Analytics, Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Data Science, or a similar field; experience in online or e-commerce business is preferred.
2+ years of experience in payments or Fintech, ideally on the merchant side in a role focused on payment performance analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in any field is required; an MBA or master’s degree in business, finance, or management is preferred.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, including running queries with SQL and building dashboards.
Keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated track record of executing complex, data-driven strategies that delivered measurable revenue growth and margin improvement.
Ability to communicate proposals effectively to partners and internal stakeholders.
Willingness to move quickly, adapt to change, and thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
Professional “get it done” attitude and strong work ethic.
Fluency in English is required.
