Description

  • Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered contract intelligence and obligations management.
  • Define, monitor, and act on product success metrics and usage data to drive sustained usage growth and value realization.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across the contract lifecycle and translate them into product initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver product features.
  • Drive measurable adoption, engagement, and customer value for AI solutions and obligations management.
  • Develop and execute deprecation and sunset strategies for legacy capabilities while scaling new AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure AI solutions are trustworthy, explainable, and aligned with enterprise customer needs and compliance expectations.
  • Represent AI solutions in executive discussions and strategic planning, and influence product direction beyond the immediate area.
  • Mentor and guide other product managers and contribute to product best practices across the organization.
  • Act as a thought leader and evangelist for Agiloft’s AI strategy both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning complex product areas end to end.
  • Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered products with strong adoption.
  • Deep experience defining and driving usage-based and outcome-based metrics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with contract intelligence, CLM, legal tech, or obligations management (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, applied ML, or AI-driven workflow automation (preferred).
  • Experience managing platform transitions, migrations, or product sunsets at scale (preferred).
  • Familiarity with no-code or highly configurable enterprise platforms and influencing product strategy at the portfolio/company level (preferred).

  • US base salary range $120,000 - $160,000 (base only; excludes bonus and other benefits).
