Description

Monitor and support day-to-day Quality Assurance output through report creation, analytical insight, and consistent feedback.
Work directly with QA management and analysts to provide input on defect scope and overall QA data impacts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations management to provide additional analytical insight.
Create and maintain databases and spreadsheet files to track and analyze QA output.
Assemble and analyze materials to create reports for management.
Perform data quality assurance checks to ensure sprints are appropriately documented.
Support QA management, analysts, and Operations management with targeted and holistic QA reporting.
Work with associates to identify and triage systems issues and capture requirements for future enhancements.
Provide guidance and direction to staff and respond to questions related to systems and processes.
Manage and participate in department projects by providing leadership and subject expertise.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
1-3 years of related experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Previous solution-based experience is preferred.
Industry knowledge is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with management and analysts on critical QA sprints.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and judgment skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and solve problems with a solution-focused mindset.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workflows.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; employer visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Base salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 USD.
