Description

  • Design and execute organizational change strategies that support business transformation and adoption enablement.
  • Lead organizational design assessments to identify gaps, impacts, and alignment needs, and recommend actions based on data and industry frameworks.
  • Develop change impact assessments, communication strategies, and training enablement plans to support smooth transitions.
  • Partner with program managers, executives, and business leaders to drive consistent messaging and adoption across global teams.
  • Track readiness, adoption, and change success using metrics and analytics, and refine plans based on insights.
  • Facilitate workshops and leadership forums to align priorities, address resistance, and build change champions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and influence executive decision-making and program outcomes.
  • Support enterprise-level initiatives with a focus on ambiguity, cross-functional coordination, and organizational alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management for enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci, CCMP, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency with structured change frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Model, or McKinsey 7-S Framework.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts like LLMs, autonomous agents, RPA, and AI infrastructure into business-friendly narratives.
  • Strong track record of navigating ambiguity and influencing senior leaders on high-visibility initiatives.
  • Process improvement certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or PMP, is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a consulting capacity supporting Fortune 500 or global clients, preferably with Microsoft or Microsoft vendors.
  • Background in change enablement for AI-driven process redesign or autonomous system deployment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience driving enterprise-wide readiness strategies across multiple geographies and business units is preferred.
  • ERP implementation experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365 is preferred.
  • Experience with data migration and system upgrade readiness planning in large-scale enterprise transformations is preferred.
  • Experience supporting public sector clients, especially government-led technology or process transformation initiatives, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe or Whatfix, and collaboration tools such as M365, SharePoint, and Teams is preferred.
  • Must be based in Washington State or Texas and eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship or E-Verify assistance.
  • For hybrid roles, must be able to travel to the Redmond, WA area up to four days per week as needed.
