Description

  • Launch and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and other major platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign pacing, delivery, budgets, and performance to improve month-over-month returns.
  • Analyze campaign results using native platform data and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Create proactive recommendations and insight notes for client reviews.
  • Translate advertiser needs into strategic plans aligned to specific performance goals.
  • Partner with clients to align organic social strategies with paid media efforts.
  • Gather and audit creative assets to support proper campaign setup.
  • Use conversion tracking and tag management to optimize beyond click-through performance.
  • Collaborate with Performance Media and Client Services teams to align on client goals and opportunities.
  • Share process improvements, best practices, and testing ideas in team meetings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of dedicated paid social media ad buying experience, ideally in an agency environment managing multiple advertiser accounts.
  • Extensive experience with Meta Business Manager.
  • Thorough understanding of tag management and customized conversion tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Base salary of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, with wage differential based on training and experience.
