Description

  • Support CJA implementations and ongoing client engagements by configuring data views, building workspace projects, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Produce client deliverables including technical configuration drafts, performance reports, and solution documentation.
  • Own individual work streams within larger enterprise projects and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and expansion opportunities to the client team proactively.
  • Analyze client requests to uncover underlying business drivers and translate needs into actionable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical proficiency across Adobe Experience Cloud tools, including AEP, CJA, AJO, RT-CDP, and Target.
  • Collaborate with senior team members while independently reducing the need for oversight through high-quality execution.
  • Bridge complex technical features and business value for clients in a consulting environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical consulting, digital marketing, or data analytics role.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is required.
  • Experience with CJA implementation work, workspace analysis, data view configuration, or support is required.
  • A degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Adobe certifications such as CJA Business Practitioner are strongly encouraged.
  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform products such as AEP, RT-CDP, Target, or AJO is preferred.
  • Comparable platform experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Braze, or Snowflake is acceptable if specific Adobe certifications are not held.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or work streams in parallel with strong organization and reliability.
  • Strong client communication, documentation, collaborative, and self-starter skills.
  • Curiosity and desire to grow quickly within the Adobe ecosystem.

  • Base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
