Description

  • Edit 10+ publish-ready short-form videos per week across multiple practice brands.
  • Create attention-grabbing hooks, captions, pacing, and sound design that hold viewer attention and drive consultations.
  • Edit before-and-after content with careful framing, patient consent awareness, and platform compliance.
  • Maintain consistent branding across different practice style systems, including fonts, color, and tone of voice.
  • Repurpose long-form footage such as consults, webinars, and podcasts into short clip packages.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate turnaround time while keeping the output original and high quality.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with social, content, and design teams and incorporate revision notes with minimal oversight.
  • Take raw surgeon footage, before-and-after assets, and treatment b-roll and transform them into short-form social videos at volume.

Requirements

  • A short-form portfolio showing strong hooks, pacing, and captioning.
  • Ability to consistently produce weekly output at speed, not just one standout project.
  • Daily, fluent use of AI video tools as part of a real production workflow.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to overlap with US working hours at times.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to follow a brief, use a brand kit, flag issues early, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience editing aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness content is preferred.
  • Experience editing for multiple brands or in an agency environment is preferred.
  • Motion graphics skills in After Effects for surgeon explainers, lower-thirds, and treatment animations are preferred.
  • Color grading skills with attention to natural, flattering skin tones are preferred.
  • Strong awareness of current TikTok and Reels formats, trends, and audio is preferred.
  • Current and valid authorization to work in the country of application; no visa sponsorship is available.
