Description

  • Manage onboarding and ongoing account relationships for employer partners and users.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer and end-user communications.
  • Lead the customer support function and respond to customer feedback and issues.
  • Build, iterate on, and improve operational tests and processes from the ground up.
  • Create new workflows and support processes as the company scales.
  • Work closely with clients and attend events through frequent travel as needed.
  • Handle competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate directly with the founding team in a high-impact role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success, client-facing, or operations role.
  • Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to speak up clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Flexible, fast-learning generalist who can adapt quickly.
  • Willingness to travel 3-4 times per month and 50% or more as needed.
  • Ability to work preferred EST or CST hours in a fully remote environment.
