Description

  • Execute new data acquisition efforts with third parties, including coordination and contract processes.
  • Partner with product teams to prioritize new datasets based on ROI and business value.
  • Coordinate deployment of new data into the product roadmap.
  • Evaluate new segments and develop business cases to support executive investment decisions.
  • Help build AI systems to acquire new data and improve data collection workflows.
  • Define how data quality is measured and identify opportunities to improve data and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with product peers to make informed dataset investment decisions.
  • Use data analysis to communicate tradeoffs and business outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 0-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA with a valid work permit.
  • Familiarity with a programming language such as Python, R, SQL, or another scripting language.
  • Experience engaging external vendors and participating in discovery processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and turning them into analyses and summaries.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and structure thinking in writing.
  • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to reason through tradeoffs and tell stories with data.
  • Bias toward action and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Eagerness to learn AI system building and perform quality evaluation work.

  • Base salary range of $85,000 to $130,000.
