Description

  • Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics.
  • Deliver coaching and meaningful feedback through direct communication with process servers.
  • Field questions from process servers and resolve blockers that prevent timely job attempts.
  • Set clear expectations for underperforming servers and communicate the timeframe for improvement.
  • Review assigned reports daily and follow up with disengaged servers to identify and address delays.
  • Hold servers accountable to improve performance and meet expectations.
  • Track and communicate blockers to the leadership team.
  • Work closely with the recruiting department when additional coverage is needed.

Requirements

  • Experience training and/or coaching.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Familiarity with legal processes is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Remote work must be located in Montana, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, or Florida.
  • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST, with weekend availability preferred.
