Description

  • Review service events for compliance with ABC, court, and customer requirements.
  • Provide education and instruction to process servers on service requirements.
  • Investigate service complaints and contested serves.
  • Create service complaint investigation reports.
  • Update and analyze process server review records.
  • Perform DCA-required audits of process server logbooks.
  • Audit process server service event histories.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 6-12 months of relevant experience preferred.
  • Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including professional email communication.
  • Ability to take concise and effective notes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to learn a large amount of new information quickly.
  • Ability to train and work remotely using Microsoft Teams as a primary communication tool.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
