Description

  • Serve as the technical resource for live customers within the assigned portfolio.
  • Understand customer data schemas, integration points, data flows, BRDs, and SDDs.
  • Share technical best practices and proactive recommendations to improve platform usage and help customers achieve their goals.
  • Conduct technical discovery with customer marketing and technical teams to expand platform use and new integrations.
  • Participate in technical account health reviews and provide executive-level status reports internally and to customers.
  • Follow up on open technical items and support issue resolution across teams.
  • Provide guidance and enablement on the loyalty platform.
  • Operationalize the portfolio and monitor customer and platform trends.
  • Use DOMO cards and other reporting tools to assess customer health.
  • Assist and guide SessionM Support and Engineering teams on technical issues.

Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience with the ability to present and lead calls on technical topics.
  • Ability to follow up on open technical items and drive them to resolution.
  • Experience providing guidance and enablement on a platform or customer-facing technical solution.
  • Ability to operationalize a portfolio and manage customer accounts with attention to health and trends.
  • Experience preparing weekly status reports and executive-level summaries.
  • Ability to use DOMO cards or similar reporting tools to assess customer health.
  • Technical program expertise to support investigations and issue resolution.
  • Ability to assist and guide support and engineering teams on technical issues.
  • Must be 100% billable in the role.
  • Experience with loyalty platforms or SessionM is preferred.
