Description

  • Design and own an AI-driven QA system that explores products end to end without predefined scripts.
  • Build autonomous QA agents that dynamically generate, execute, and adapt tests based on product behavior.
  • Integrate QA agents directly into development loops to test features continuously as they are built.
  • Provide structured, actionable QA feedback in real time and loop with development agents until quality thresholds are met.
  • Validate quality across the web UI, backend services, APIs, data integrity, and end-to-end user journeys.
  • Automatically discover, reproduce, verify, and explain functional defects, workflow breaks, regressions, and performance risks.
  • Run QA continuously and evolve coverage automatically as the product changes.
  • Define release readiness criteria and block releases when quality is insufficient, supported by evidence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA, including both manual and automation work.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, test strategies, and failure modes in complex SaaS systems.
  • Hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing.
  • Demonstrated use of AI in QA beyond basic test generation, including autonomous testing, AI-assisted exploratory testing, or intelligent test orchestration.
  • Ability to explain how AI systems decide what to test next.
  • Experience designing QA frameworks or platforms (strongly preferred).
  • Experience integrating QA into CI/CD at a system level (strongly preferred).
  • Performance or reliability testing experience (strongly preferred).
  • Healthcare or regulated systems experience (strongly preferred).
  • Prior experience where QA influenced architecture decisions (strongly preferred).
