Description

  • Act as a central business operations support partner for US-based leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical, operational, and execution support across Strategy, Operations, Growth, and Clinical Ops.
  • Help design, document, and improve internal processes as the company scales.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and operational research to support strategic initiatives.
  • Build presentations, leadership decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate ambiguous requests into structured analyses and clear, actionable outputs.
  • Support administrative and coordination needs, including planning, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Own internal documentation, trackers, and operational hygiene.
  • Support hiring efforts through candidate research, coordination, and interview logistics.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers, manage vendor relationships, and support onboarding/offboarding logistics.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or a fast-growing US–India corridor company.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working directly with US stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, healthtech, or startup environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting founders or senior leadership is preferred.
  • Comfort working across time zones is preferred.
  • Strong ownership mindset and the ability to identify gaps and act without waiting for direction.
  • Bias for action, comfort executing with incomplete information, high adaptability, and strong attention to detail.
