Description

  • Serve as central BizOps support partner for US-based leadership and cross-functional teams across Strategy, Operations, Growth, and Clinical Ops
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical, operational, and execution support, translating ambiguous requests into structured analyses and clear, actionable outputs
  • Design, document, and improve internal processes and operational workflows as the company scales
  • Conduct market, competitor, and operational research to support strategic initiatives and leadership decision-making
  • Build high-quality presentations, leadership decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Own internal documentation, trackers, and operational hygiene, including planning, tracking, and follow-ups
  • Support recruitment and people operations by conducting candidate research, coordinating interviews, and helping develop hiring processes for the India team
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to manage infrastructure, onboarding/offboarding logistics, contracts, and issue resolution
  • Proactively support leadership by ensuring priorities move forward efficiently and by taking ownership of cross-functional tasks

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or at a fast-growing US–India corridor company
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort working directly with US stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience translating ambiguous requests into structured analyses, presentations, and actionable outputs
  • Ability to coordinate across time zones and support US-based leadership from India
  • Nice-to-have: prior experience in healthcare, healthtech, or startup environments
  • Nice-to-have: experience supporting founders or senior leadership
  • Traits: strong ownership mindset, bias for action, high adaptability and curiosity across functions, and attention to detail with a strategic perspective
