Own all finance operations for the Dubai headquarters, including banking, tax compliance, accounting execution, and regulatory relationships.
Provide global operational finance governance across the organisation.
Lead financial reporting, accounting, and compliance activities.
Oversee finance operations and payment controls.
Design and enforce procurement and spend governance frameworks.
Lead and develop the operational finance team.
Drive systems improvements, automation, and scalability within finance processes.
Partner closely with the CFO to enable focus on capital allocation, revenue generation, treasury strategy, and investor relations.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance leadership roles.
Dubai-based and onsite in DIFC.
CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification.
Deep expertise in IFRS/GAAP and multi-entity financial reporting.
Strong background in operational finance and control environments.
Proven experience managing audits and regulatory compliance.
Experience designing and enforcing approval and procurement governance frameworks.
Demonstrated leadership of finance teams in international environments.
Strong operational judgment and escalation discipline.
High attention to detail with the ability to operate both tactically and strategically.
University degree or equivalent.
Experience in fintech, blockchain, or digital-asset-focused environments (nice to have).
Exposure to multi-jurisdiction tax structures such as UAE, BVI, and Cayman (nice to have).
Experience implementing ERP or finance system upgrades (nice to have).
Familiarity with DAO or decentralised governance frameworks (nice to have).
