Description

  • Define product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Identify and own major pricing and revenue initiatives that reshape platform monetization.
  • Own the pricing, promotion, and revenue product roadmap and prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability and run pricing optimization and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Drive execution by translating product ideas into requirements and user stories and managing delivery through agile cycles.
  • Assist in creating and implementing promotional campaigns tied to product and pricing goals.
  • Define KPIs, track product performance, and iterate based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback.
  • Champion experimentation and A/B testing and advocate for user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve customer experience and growth.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Proven experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.
  • Strong background in pricing, promotion and/or revenue management with demonstrated results from designed pricing strategies.
  • Ability to define and deliver strategic roadmaps with measurable business impact.
  • Solid analytical skills and confidence working with SQL or similar tools to deep-dive into data.
  • Self-organized with strong prioritization and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience or comfort working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
  • Nice to have: experience with OTA/e-commerce platforms.
  • Nice to have: exposure to international markets or localization.
