Description

  • Manage and optimize paid app acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Support App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts including keyword optimization, CPP/CSL experiments, and store listing optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward installs, bookings, and revenue growth metrics.
  • Design and run A/B tests on creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and deliver performance insights and reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with creative, data, and product teams to improve campaign performance and user acquisition strategy.
  • Support global market expansion by identifying new growth opportunities across regions and scaling campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using tools such as AppsFlyer, GA4, Adjust, or similar platforms.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in mobile performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, performance marketing, or app growth.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns for mobile apps on Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Experience optimizing toward revenue or in-app events (not just installs) and managing campaign budgets to hit CPA, ROAS, ROI, or LTV targets.
  • Understanding of mobile attribution and tracking tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or GA4.
  • Basic understanding of ASO including keyword optimization and store listing experiments (CPP / CSL) and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into optimizations.
  • Attention to detail, a test-and-learn mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Preferred: experience in travel, marketplace, or e-commerce apps; basic SQL knowledge; familiarity with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) or iOS privacy frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience managing global campaigns across multiple markets and certifications in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or other marketing platforms.
