Description

  • Build and refresh partner enablement content for SE and delivery functions.
  • Help manage global partner enablement programs with direct ownership of the APJ region.
  • Own relationships with regional leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain the Partner Academy, including learning journey accuracy and changelog updates.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in partner enablement through collaboration with regional partner teams.
  • Create and update technical enablement materials that support partner success across the portfolio.
  • Support the rollout of training and technical product enablement for partners.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in technical enablement or technical field sales.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.
  • Technical background with content creation experience and understanding of technical concepts.
  • Ability to receive and deliver technical product training.
  • Networking knowledge is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Ability to meet domestic and potential international travel requirements.
  • Cisco certification such as CCNA is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the partner sales lifecycle is preferred.
