Description

  • Film on-camera short-form and long-form video content for social, product, and advertising channels.
  • Produce multiple polished videos per week, including product tutorials, explainers, testimonial ads, onboarding videos, and thought-leadership content.
  • Write clear scripts, hooks, and storyboard-style concepts for video content.
  • Brainstorm content ideas aligned with business goals, campaigns, and trending formats.
  • Edit videos for different platforms using tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, animations, screen recordings, and visual overlays to finished videos.
  • Maintain consistent brand presentation across music, colors, lower thirds, and calls to action.
  • Handle basic filming setup, including lighting, framing, mic checks, and stable camera use.
  • Use automation and business tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, CRMs, and dialers in content demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams and support occasional on-location shoots.

Requirements

  • Strong camera presence with a confident, friendly, and clear speaking voice.
  • Clear and fluent spoken English that U.S.-based customers can easily understand.
  • Comfort filming yourself regularly and following scripts.
  • Experience editing videos, either short-form or long-form.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Reels.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn software tools quickly, including CRMs, Zapier, Make.com, phone systems, and automations.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to consistently meet weekly content output goals.
  • Background in content creation, influencing, livestreaming, UGC, or on-camera work is preferred.
  • Interest in AI, tech, startups, or business automation is preferred.
  • Experience writing scripts or storyboards is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lighting setups, microphones, and cameras is preferred.
  • Understanding of U.S. culture, humor, and SMB pain points is preferred.
  • Ability to adjust camera, lighting, and color settings is preferred.
