Description

  • Record natural conversations with an assigned partner using provided scripts and prompts.
  • Play assigned roles such as Customer or Support Agent during recordings.
  • Follow all instructions to keep conversations clear, natural, and consistent with the scenario.
  • Complete recordings in a quiet, noise-free environment to meet audio quality standards.
  • Upload, rename, and submit files according to naming and submission guidelines.
  • Re-record assigned tasks if the quality review identifies issues.
  • Complete approximately 1 hour of recording work per assignment within the required deadline.
  • Participate in one or two language recordings if required by the assignment.

Requirements

  • Must be residing in Spain.
  • Ability to speak naturally and clearly in the required language(s).
  • Strong communication skills in the required language(s).
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and pay attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work with a partner for recorded conversations.
  • Availability to re-record tasks if needed.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time.
  • Computer or laptop with internet access.
  • Working microphone and the ability to record clear audio with no background noise.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Zencastr.
