Description

  • Own renewal and expansion quotas for an assigned territory or segment.
  • Proactively contact customers at least four months before support expiration to assess customer experience and environment health.
  • Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate contracts.
  • Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, Sales, and other teams to prepare special terms and NSQs.
  • Communicate and sell complex offers clearly to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide customer assistance with licensing transfers and support ticket resolution.
  • Support channel partners to help close renewals and additional licenses.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce.com and keep CRM data hygiene high.
  • Manage inbound renewal inquiries through renewal portals.
  • Track KPIs, prioritize workload, meet SLAs, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success Account Management, or Renewals.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas and KPIs.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise accounts with technically complex configurations and high transaction or load volumes.
  • Ability to handle complex customer requests and escalations in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, including at executive level.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, self-motivated approach with comfort handling high volumes of email and outbound calls.
  • Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • Understanding of the technology.
  • Must be permanently located in Romania for this position.
