Description

  • Use telephonic outreach to contact members and schedule clinical assessment visits.
  • Educate members on Tuesday Health’s service offerings and answer questions.
  • Overcome objections and connect members to services that meet their needs during initial outreach.
  • Provide ongoing telephonic customer service to members and their caregivers.
  • Use creative strategies to improve member contact and engagement.
  • Track enrollment and participation performance and work toward engagement targets.
  • Use reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach efforts.
  • Follow Tuesday Health information security and privacy requirements.
  • Support continued member engagement throughout the program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outreach, contact center, or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • Discretion and adherence to patient information/privacy requirements.
  • Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or Electronic Health Record systems (EHR/EMR) preferred.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
  • Must be located in EST or CST.
  • Alignment with Tuesday Health’s core values.
  • Experience working with members and caregivers preferred.
