Description

  • Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's preferred language.
  • Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer's preferred language.
  • Support onboarding so the customer and internal teams are set up for success after the sale.
  • Uncover new demand through referrals from the broader sales organization.
  • Position Toast effectively by understanding the competitive landscape in your market.
  • Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and prospective customers while using English for internal communication.
  • Manage daily sales activities including calls, emails, demonstrations, quotes, and contracts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin is required.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • An entrepreneurial, feedback-driven mindset is required.
  • Toast will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this role.
  • Experience in restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce to track sales activities is a plus.
  • Sandler sales training is a plus.

Benefits

  • Total Targeted Cash compensation of $128,000-$205,000 USD.
  • Uncapped commissions.
