Description

  • Land and expand new logo accounts to drive incremental ARR growth within the territory.
  • Treat existing customer accounts like new logos and expand current use cases while introducing new ones to additional buying centers.
  • Measure and quantify the business value of existing use cases and promote them to new stakeholders within each customer.
  • Own the full sales cycle for new, incremental, and renewal business within the territory.
  • Maintain operational efficiency and forecast accuracy to run a best-in-class business.
  • Travel up to 50% in-market to build relationships and develop referenceable champions.
  • Provide timely and insightful feedback to engineering, product management, and marketing.
  • Own customer relationships and support customer success after accounts are landed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of total IT sales experience.
  • 5+ years of consistent quota overachievement selling software to enterprise customers.
  • Experience selling an on-demand/SaaS security or IT infrastructure management solution to technical and business audiences is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for economic buyers and executives.
  • Strong sales methodology and deal execution skills; MEDDPICC experience is highly desired.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving technical environment.
  • High activity level and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be a team player and a lifelong learner who is curious to understand the 'why'.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout employment; visa sponsorship and OPT hiring are not available for this role.

Benefits

  • Expected annual base salary range of $121,000 to $143,000.
  • Eligibility for bonus or commission plans.
  • Equity awards may be available for certain roles.
