Description

  • Actively ship production code for Speechify’s web products.
  • Work closely with a dedicated product team on day-to-day development.
  • Participate in product discussions to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Build new features that will reach and impact millions of users.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users.
  • Passion for creating high-quality products that serve customer needs.
  • Ability to work quickly, generate ideas, and decide what should ship now versus later.
  • Ability to stay focused and balance independent work in a busy, remote team.
  • Strong collaboration skills with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs.
  • Experience with Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and TypeScript.
  • Comfort working in a 100% distributed, asynchronous environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
  • A portfolio and LinkedIn profile to include with the application.
