Description

  • Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
  • Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
  • Work within a dedicated product team to deliver features and improvements.
  • Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
  • Support the app as it scales to a larger user base.
  • Contribute to building new projects and user experiences for the iOS product.

Requirements

  • Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
  • Track record of working on products from inception through meaningful traction.
  • Strong customer focus and obsession with delivering the best possible experience.
  • Product-thinking mindset with the ability to make thoughtful product decisions.
  • Ability to work quickly and decide what can ship now versus later.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a busy distributed team.
  • Swift programming language experience.
  • SwiftUI experience.
  • Experience in multithreading programming.
  • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience with Fastlane.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles and writing classes according to SOLID.
  • Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links required when applying.
