Description

  • Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
  • Ship production code for the Speechify iOS application.
  • Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Participate in product discussions and help shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and designers to guide product direction.
  • Contribute to fast-paced development cycles and decide what can ship now versus later.

Requirements

  • Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
  • Track record of working on products from inception to meaningful traction.
  • Strong customer focus and obsession with delivering the best possible user experience.
  • Product thinking and the ability to make thoughtful decisions about product evolution.
  • Ability to work quickly in a high-growth, remote startup environment.
  • Strong focus and judgment about when to engage versus work heads down.
  • Experience with Swift.
  • Experience with SwiftUI.
  • Experience with multithreading programming.
  • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience with Fastlane.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles and writing classes according to SOLID.
  • Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links required when applying.
